Local Delivery & Pickup


Q: Do you offer local delivery?
 
A: Yes! Since we are based in Burlington, Ontario, we love our neighbours.

  • Free Local Delivery: If you live within 10km of Sassy's Garage, select "Sassy's Garage Local" at checkout for free, contactless doorstep drop-off.
  • VIP Express Delivery ($20): Need it ASAP? If you are within 50km, we offer a guaranteed 24-hour delivery service.

Q: Can I pick up my order? 
A: You sure can! We offer Free Local Pickup from our Burlington location.

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
  • Wait for the email notification stating your order is "Ready for Pickup" (this will include the address and scheduling instructions).
  • Swing by to grab your Sassy finds!

Shipping & Orders


Q: Why did my order arrive in two separate packages?
 
A: Some of our larger items (from the Sassy's Selects collection) are shipped directly from our warehouse partners to save on shipping costs. If you ordered a vintage pin and a large home decor item, the pin will likely arrive first from our Burlington HQ, while the larger item follows shortly after with its own tracking number.

Q: Do you ship to the USA? 
A: At this time, shipping to the United States is temporarily suspended. We hope to resume cross-border shipping soon—stay tuned to our social media for updates!

Q: Is there a minimum order amount? 
A: Yes, we have a $25.00 minimum for all orders. This helps us keep our shipping rates low (or free!) and our prices competitive.


Product Condition & Sourcing


Q: Are your items new or used?
 
A: It’s a mix!

  • The Garage: New items in Mint/Near Mint condition.
  • Sassy's Closet: These are often vintage, "pre-loved," or collectible items. They are sold "As-Is" and may show gentle signs of wear (which we think adds character!). We always detail the condition in the product description.
  • Sassy's Selects: These are brand-new items that ship directly from our partners' warehouses.

Q: Are the photos of the actual item? 
A: For all items not located in our Sassy's Selects warehouses, yes! We take photos of the exact item you will receive so there are no surprises.


Returns & Exchanges


Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to be completely satisfied!
You have a generous 45 days from the date of purchase to return most eligible items.

  • No Restocking Fees: We don't believe in hidden charges.

Q: Which items are Final Sale (Non-Returnable)?
A: Please review your purchases carefully. The following collections are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sassy's Closet (Clothing)
  • Antiques & Vintage Finds
  • Exclusives (Otherwise Indicated)

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: To keep our prices competitive, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Q: Can I drop off a return in person?
A: Yes! If you are local to Burlington, Ontario, you can save on shipping costs!

Q: What if my item arrives damaged? 
A: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sassy@sassysgarage.ca so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: How do I start a return? 
A: To initiate a return, please email sassy@sassysgarage.ca with your order number and details. We will provide you with instructions. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving the item.
