45-Day Returns: You have a generous 45 days from the date of purchase to return most items. This gives you plenty of time to make sure your new gear is just right.
- No Restocking Fees: We don't believe in hidden charges! You'll never pay a restocking fee for eligible returns.
- Final Sale Items: Please note that items from our "Sassy's Closet" and "Antiques & Vintage Finds" collections are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review these purchases carefully before finalizing your order.
- Customer-Provided Return Shipping: To keep our prices competitive, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. Your refund will be processed upon successful receipt of your returned item.
In-Person Returns (Free Drop-Off)
For customers in the local Burlington, Ontario area, we offer the option of a free in-person return drop-off. If you'd like to arrange this, please contact us at sassy@sassysgarage.ca to schedule a convenient time and location for your return.
This allows you to save on return shipping costs!
Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Just like our vintage Sassy's Closet finds, our "Online Exclusive" and printed-on-demand items are Final Sale. These items are created specifically for you when you place your order, which means we cannot accept returns.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sassy@sassysgarage.ca so we can evaluate the issue.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our website or email sassy@sassysgarage.ca with your order number and details of your return request. We'll provide you with instructions and any necessary return authorization.
Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the item(s).
